Blood is liquid tissue. It’s the river of life, as microbiologist Dr Robert O Young refers to. We must keep it clean and flowing, and green plant foods are the ideal way to do this. Dr Young also states in his writings that grass is the little plant we walk on and take for granted is the doorway to our health.
