It is funny how we as Americans seem to over complicate things. For example, we complain about being sick and tired and we are always looking for a complex answer to achieving an overall better quality of life. If we just took the time to see the simple steps we could do to get healthy and we applied them, we would be the healthiest country in the world instead of the sickest.

So here are a few less complicated steps to getting healthy.

  1. Cut out the sugars and anything that turns into sugar.
  2. Cut out the bad fats. Stop eating foods that contain trans-fats or foods that when cooked, turn into trans-fats.
  3. Remove the grains. Grains can cause serious inflammation in your body which will lead to more sickness and dis-ease.

Health can be really simple, don’t over complicate it.
